Returns & Exchanges Policy for Star Love Scrubs LLC

Thank you for shopping at Star Love Scrubs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the process for returns and exchanges. Please note that all shipping and processing on returns and exchanges are at the cost of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon receiving.


Returns

You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required for completing your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that due to hygiene and health concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges on compression hose or bonnets.

No returns or exchanges on embroidered items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect your item(s) upon arrival and notify us within 7 days to be eligible for replacement. After 7 days of receiving your item(s), the customer accepts full responsibility for any defective or damaged item(s).

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at tc@starlovescrubs.com. Once your exchange is approved, mail your item to: 1805 James L Redman Pkwy Plant City, Fl. 33563 Attention: Exchange

Please note that we do not offer exchanges on scrub tops, pants, shoes, lab coats, and jackets. You may return these items following our returns process and place a new order for the item of your choice.



Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Once your return is approved, you will receive the credit within 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please note it can take some time for banking institutions to process your return. Please contact us if you have not received your refund after 15 business days.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
